At Earth Runners, we want you to experience a grounded connection with every step. If your sandals aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of purchase provided they are in unworn, like-new condition.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Sandals
Place your clean, unworn sandals back in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and components are included to qualify for a full refund.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely attach it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to the designated shipping carrier; once received at our warehouse, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
