How do I find my correct size in Earth Runners?
We highly recommend using our printable size templates to ensure a perfect fit. Since our sandals have a minimalist footbed, you generally want a close fit with about 3-5mm of space around your toes.
What is 'Earthing' and how does it work with these sandals?
Our sandals feature a copper plug and conductive stainless steel stitching in the laces. This allows electrons from the Earth to pass through the sandal into your body, mimicking the effects of walking barefoot.
How long does it take for my order to ship?
Standard orders typically ship within 2-5 business days. During peak season or sales, processing may take up to 7 business days as each pair is handcrafted in our California workshop.
Can I return or exchange my sandals if they don't fit?
Yes, we accept returns and exchanges on clean, unworn sandals within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure the soles show no signs of outdoor wear to be eligible for a full refund.
How do I clean and maintain my Earth Runners?
We recommend hand washing your sandals with mild soap and warm water. Let them air dry out of direct sunlight to prevent the footbed materials from shrinking or becoming brittle.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship to most countries worldwide. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their local government upon arrival.
